The greatest gift.

One of the best things I get to see is ‘the other side’.

It’s the shifting moment where people recognise where they’ve been and where they are now.

It’s usually coming out of  some darkness and into a lighter place. 

Their bodies change, they walk differently - the presence they have shifts.

And they are, present.

That's the biggest thing. 

They are completely here, 

IN the moment.

The power of that.

The authenticity.

The unapologetic being of who they are.

It’s not their minds anymore that are telling them what they should do or who they should be.

It’s just them. 

Being entirely who they are.

And knowing with full confidence.

That’s all they need to be.
